Returns 

Unfortunately we don't do return, but we offer exchange within 7 days after received your order. Please contact us at info@themyloshop.com so we can arrange the exchange with you. Your order must be return in the original packaging.

Earrings and piercings are final sale due to hygiene.

 

Shipping

We offer different shipping option depending on your needs and budget :

Local by The Mylo shop employee:  4.99 $

Available for certain area. You order will be delivered in 3-4 business day, by one of our employee. You will get a notification once it's delivered.

 

Regular (No Tracking) : 5,99 $

You order will be delivered in 7 to 9 business day shipped with Canada Post without any tracking number*.  That means we have no way to track it when it leaves our warehouse.

  

Express (with Tracking) : 13,99 $

You order will be delivered in 3-4 business day with a tracking number so you can follow where is your packaging and when is the scheduled delivery date.

 

Please remember that these time frames are guidelines provided by our shipping  carriers and are not guaranteed. We are doing ou possible to ship out your order as fast as we can so you can get it faster.

If you put the wrong address by mistake and your order is already sent, the carrier will ship it back to us and you will receive a shipment invoice so we can resend it you.

Once the package is in the carrier possession it is no longer in The Mylo shop responsibility and you will need to file directly a claim with the carrier if something happens to your package.

 

 

*It means that once your package leave our warehouse, we don't have any way to track it. In very few cases, the packaging can be lost or stolen and it is not in our responsibilities.
